International Treasurer (2025-27)
Following the passing of International Treasurer Mr Erik Breum, an extraordinary election is required to fill the position for the remainder of his term, ending 30 June 2027.
Clubs entitled to vote in this election are the same as those eligible in the recent International Election, including those subject to exemptions under By-law 412. The election for International Treasurer Elect (to serve 2027-30), scheduled for the end of this calendar year, will proceed as normal.

Eligible Voting Clubs
- Voting privileges are granted to clubs that meet the following requirements:
- Are in good standing and with minimum of 15 club members during last 3 semesters (or those that have been granted an exemption from this minimum requirement)
- Have provided IHQ with a valid email address for the Club President or approved representative
- More information on voting eligibility is available in By-laws 410, 411 & 412 of the International Constitution.

Online Voting
The election for International Treasurer (2025-27) will be conducted using Simply Voting, a web-based online voting system (https://www.simplyvoting.com/)

Invitation to Vote
Club Presidents (or approved representatives) will receive an email from “Y’s Men International” <vote@simplyvoting.com>
Voting representatives of all eligible clubs are recommended to add the email address <vote@simplyvoting.com> to their list of safe senders (“white list”) within their email account settings. This will ensure that any emails inviting clubs to vote will not be sent to junk/spam folders.
The email will contain an Elector ID and Password.
