2024/25 International Elections
Terms & Conditions
- The 2024/25 International Elections of Y’s Men International will be conducted online using technology supplied by Simply Voting (https://www.simplyvoting.com/).
- Voting is open to clubs with voting privileges and those granted exemption from the minimum requirement in By-law 410.
- Voting will open at 17:00 CET on Friday, 13 December 2024 and close at 17:00 CET on Monday, 27 January 2025.
- Clubs can view instructions on completing the online vote, lists of candidates, candidate bio-data, videos, and election notes by accessing https://www.ysmen.org/elections/2024-25.
- Eligible clubs can take part in the 2024/25 International Election by following the instructions in the email received from Simply Voting. You can log in at https://ymi.simplyvoting.com using the elector ID and password provided, or simply click the link provided to access the ballot directly.
- The final result will be announced when voting is closed and the actual result is known and verified by the International Executive Officers.
- It is the right and responsibility of all clubs to vote freely for their chosen candidate(s).
- Voting ballots should be completed by the club president or authorised representative, as per the decision of the club, and submitted before the deadline.
- Any complaints or concerns regarding the voting process must be sent to the Regional Director Troika (Regional Director, Regional Director Elect, and Past Regional Director). If necessary, the complaint or concern will be sent to the Area President Troika (AP Troika) for consideration. Only the AP Troika may approach the Nominating Committee for further possible action on complaints or concerns. Clubs and/or individuals must not directly contact the Nominating Committee, International Headquarters, or International Secretary General with complaints or concerns about the voting process.
