The recipients of the 2022/23 Elmer Crowe Awards have been announced.
The Elmer Crowe Memorial Award is given each year to outstanding District Governors worldwide. It was established in 1938 and was the gift of his wife, Marcia, to honour his memory and dedication to the organisation. Elmer was a charter member of the Vancouver, B.C. Y’s Men’s Club and was a Regional Director for the Pacific Northwest Region.
You can read more about Elmer Crowe in the centennial souvenir book, “Celebrating Our Legacy“, in which he is honoured as a YMI Legend.
