RD Training formerly held within the Area will now be conducted at an International RD Summit.

The first summit will be held in Toledo, Ohio, USA from 14-17 November 2019.

The International RDE Summit is being introduced:

• as a possible way to ensure proper, uniform training for all incoming RDs
• an opportunity for the incoming leaders to experience the international dimension of our organisation and build a global network for learning, sharing and supporting each other
• a motivational and empowering space for achieving Towards 2022 & Beyond goals collectively
