IP News – December 2024

Welcome to the December IP News

I am pleased to present the December 2024 edition of IP News. As we near the end of the year, this issue reflects on a month filled with impactful initiatives, vibrant events, and meaningful connections across the globe.

This edition highlights the successful International Youth Convocation (IYC) held in Dubai, which brought together 70 Y’s Youth from various Areas. We also recap the productive discussions with global organisations in Geneva and the chartering of new clubs in Switzerland and Togo, contributing to our Mission 100 goal.

In the United States, I had the privilege of attending the Service Club Leaders Conference (SCLC) and witnessing the formation of the Y Service Club of New York – Glen Oaks. These efforts reflect our movement’s expanding influence and commitment to building stronger communities.

December is also a time to celebrate Founder’s Day on 8 December, a moment to reflect on the legacy of Paul William Alexander. Additionally, this month focuses on Christian Emphasis, inviting us to embody our core values of love, compassion, and service.

As Christmas and the New Year approach, I encourage you to engage in activities that spread joy and generosity within your communities. Contributions for the next issue of IP News are due by 15 December 2024Click to submit your story >>
