The Elmer Crowe Memorial Award is given each year to outstanding District Governors throughout the world. It was established in 1938 and was the gift of his wife, Marcia, to honour his memory and his dedication to the organisation. Elmer was a charter member of the Vancouver, B.C. Y’s Men’s Club and was a Regional Director for the Pacific Northwest Region.
